Offences Statistical Database

The Offenses statistical database describes all offenses committed in France and recorded when the report is drawn up or the complaint is recorded by the police and gendarmerie services, as well as offenses solved by the internal security forces. These offenses are criminal, misdemeanor (including traffic offenses) or contraventions, and are characterized by a type of offense (NATINF). The Offenses statistical database includes the date and address of the offense, the date of registration, as well as information on the place of commission (for example, public transport) and whether the offense was committed within the family or not. The geocoded offense database is based on the address of the offenses.
